Intestines
If you are having any digestive health problems such as bloating,
constipation, diarrhea, gas, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome or
just tiredness, you need to stop the cycle before it ruins your health.
A clean digestive system is the most important key to good health.
People often have clogged or narrowed colons. Feces comes down
from the colon and should be in the shape of a tube ... large and round.
If yours comes out thin or twisted pieces, it could be a sign that your
colon is lined with hard, left-over feces. Ball-like feces occurs
when the fecal matter stays in the body too long before it is expelled
and it becomes hard and dry. This often leads to a spastic colon.
The Average American Has 5-10 Pounds of Fecal Matter in Their Colon!
The adult human colon is 5 feet long and if your body doesn't
eliminate all of the feces, it will build up in the colon. Laxatives
simply weaken the colon. The colon is a muscle and laxatives take
away the exercise that this muscle needs to work properly. The
colon isn't as strong and it can't push out the fecal matter and clean
the system. Not only does feces build up in the colon, but all of the
bacteria, germs, mucus and viruses
that are in your system. You
can have over 3 pounds of bad bacteria alone in your digestive tract.
The average person should have about 4 pounds of bacteria in the system,
but with digestive problems, the bad bacteria roots out the good
bacteria. This is also a breeding ground for parasites and a storage
area for toxins and chemicals. Just like your
car's engine builds up sludge, you have to flush your system
to run properly.
