Sleep Disorders
Many people find it hard to go to sleep at night or to stay asleep if they do
make it there. This makes them tired the next day.
Common sleep disorders include: insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome,
and sleep apnea.
But, there are other things that play a role in sleep problems. Some
people suffer from nightmares, sleepwalking, sleep talking, wetting the bed and
grinding the teeth.
There are treatments for most sleep disorders.
